Hello sir I am here as I want to take admission in National Institute of Design for doing Master of Design in Product Design so will you please tell me what is the eligibility Criteria for this Program??

Hey hie!!! National Institute of Design Ahmedabad offers Master of Design in Product Design and seats for this Course is only 15 Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit - Upper age limit for candidates is 30 years of age (relaxable by three years for reserved category) Academic Qualification - Applications who have successfully passed any one of the following qualifying exams - Bachelors degree in any discipline under the 10+2+4 (or more) system, from any university or institute recognized (by law) in India. - Bachelors degree in any discipline under the 10+2+3 system, from any university or institute recognized (by law) in India, with a one year experience or further academic qualifications. - Diploma in Design under the 10+2+4 system, from any university or institute recognized (by law) in India. Selection Process Selection will be done on the basis of Score obtained in National Institute of Design, DAT Application Fee:- Rs 1500/- for General Rs 750/- for Reserved NID DAT Pattern:- There will be ONE question paper of 3 hours duration. The question paper will be in English. The question paper will carry a total of 100 marks, out of which Section A carrying 70 marks will be of multiple choice objective type questions and Section B carrying 30 marks will be of subjective type questions. All questions are compulsory. There will be no negative marking. Section A Total: 70 marks Multiple choice objective type questions varying from 0.5 marks to 4 marks each. Section B Total: 30 marks Subjective Type questions Problem solving and Creativity based questions test the candidates’ ability to judge, evaluate, integrate, hypothesize, design or construct. |
