NICMAR Hyderabad new campus is situated at Shamirpet, 30 kilometres away from Secunderabad Railway Station and 7 kilometres from Ratnalayam Temple which is on the Karimnagar highway. It has over 1,70,000 sq ft. built up area on 12.5 acre plot of land
