As you want I am telling Central Board of secondary Education is going to publish NEET Exam Receipt/admit card , for the students who are going to appear NEET Entrance Examination

Here I am Telling process to get NEET Exam Receipt/admit card , for future reference :

Firstly you need to take visit on to Central Board of secondary Education official website
Over there you see ‘Online Services’ section mentioned on the left side of the page.

Select the link ‘Download Admit Card’.
Enter your Registration Number and DOB.
Go to Submit Button.
Your Hall Ticket will display on the computer screen.
Save it and take the print out for future references.

Important Dates:
Event Tentative date
Admit Card will be available In the month of April 2016
Exam Date In the month of May 2016
