NEET UG is the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. It is a national level exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for various MBBS/BDS courses at colleges across the country. Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should have passed 12th exam or equivalent with 50% (General), 40% (SC/ST), 45% (Differently able) aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology. Age limit: 17 to 25 year Selection Process: Counseling for 15% all India quota, State quota and NRI quota will be done on the basis of the merit of the result of NEET UG Exam pattern: The NEET UG exam is of 3 hour duration of 180 objective type questions from the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Every question has an equal weight age of 4 marks for a right answer and a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer. NEET UG Entrance Exam is now replaced by AIPMT UG exam . So I am here giving you eligibility detail for UG All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) AIPMT UG Exam: Eligibility: Nationality: Indian & Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). Age Limit : 17 years - 25 years (30 years for SC / ST / OBC category candidate) Education Qualification: Passed 10+2 or HSC with 50% Marks . Must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology at 10+2 level study . AIPMT Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme Consists of one paper . 180 objective type questions (four options with single correct answer) . Questions from the subjects : Physics, Chemistry Biology (Botany & Zoology) Duration of AIPMT- 03 hours (from 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m) For each correct response the candidate will get 4 marks. For each incorrect response one mark will be deducted from the total score. |
