Yes the PhD program is being offered by the University. You are looking for the detail of this course. So I am providing it to you: ELIGIBILITY: Ph.D. Degree (Law) The Candidate shall have an LL.M. Degree from recognized University securing ‘B+’ grade or an aggregate of 55% marks or its equivalent. DURATION Three years - to be completed within a maximum period of five years. Admission Test There shall be a written test which will consist of two papers i) Paper I – Research Methodology ii) Paper II – Research Proposal specific paper Each paper will carry maximum of 100 marks and the candidate who have secured at least 50% marks in each paper will be qualified. An oral Presentation must also be maked by the Candidates. Application along with the research proposal of about 10 to 12 pages must also to be submitted within the stipulated time.
