BLDG 2915 - House Inspection 1
Course Details
The course provides practical and theoretical information required to inspect existing houses for visible defects. It is the first of a series of courses which meet the academic requirements of the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of B.C. (ASTTBC) for their certification.

An understanding and general knowledge of house construction

BLDG 2945 - House Inspection 4: Field Inspection
Course Details
The course provides students with practical experience in conducting house inspections. Ii includes five field trips to conduct inspections, each followed by a classroom session to review inspections.

Prerequisite(s)
BLDG 2915, BLDC 1500, BLDG 2925 and BLDG 2935.
