Payment can be made by cheque/demand draft in the name of MSSI

Payment made by cash only against official receipt issued by MSSI

Please enclose 2 recent PP size photos for our records.

They request all members and MS family members to volunteer for MSSI

Process
Please fill the document and send a soft copy along with the transaction details to the email-id of the chapter that you would like to register with.
(Or)

Mail the 'filled-up' hard copy of the document along with the cheque or DD drawn in favour of the chapter that you would like to register with.
