University of Pennsylvania The dual MSW/MBA program is designed for students with some supervisory and/or administrative experience. Applicants must apply both to the School of Social Policy & Practice and the Wharton School. University of Houston The university program will take about three years of full-time study to complete the coursework for both degrees. University of Maryland, Baltimore The candidates with the Full-time course can earn the dual degrees within three years, excluding summers.
