The counselling process for CGPPT (Chhattisgarh Pre Polytechnic Test) is conducted through online process. Candidates are called for counselling process on the basis of ranks secured by the candidates. Seats will be allotted to students on the basis of their rank and choices filled by them.

Counselling Procedure

One has to register themselves to participate in the counselling process.
One needs to fill the preferences of colleges and courses for admissions.
Before seat allotment one needs to pay the counselling fee and get documents verified at the document verification centre.
For document verification, one has to bring the original documents along with their photocopies.
After the verification process seats are allotted to one on the basis of filled choices and seats availability in colleges.
After seat allotment, one needs to report to the allotted institutions with the necessary documents and fees for admission.
