Re: MH-CET B.ed examination dates

Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra State, Pune is organized common entrance test for admission in the B ed courses at the colleges of Maharashtra .

Eligibility criteria:

Candidates must have passed Graduation/ Post Graduation from any well recognized university in any discipline and you have to obtained minimum 45% marks.

The candidate must be an Indian National.

Candidate must be medically fit and must submit a certificate of medical fitness at the time of Preference form filling as per Performa

Exam scheme:
The examination will be conducted at various centers in Maharashtra on 08th May 2014 (Thursday, 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.).

The MH-CET-2014 will consist of one question paper containing 180 multiple Choice questions (MCQ), each carrying 4 marks and total marks 720

i) Physics - 45 (No of MCQ), 180 (Marks)
ii) Chemistry - 45 (No. of MCQ), 180 (Marks)
iii) Biology - 90 (No. of MCQ), 360 (Marks)

Total Number of Multiple Choice Questions: 180 and 720 marks

Online Registration & filling of Application form: 05th Mar 2014 to 25th Mar 2014
Schedule for Fee Acceptance at SBI Bank, through Computer Generated Challan: 07th Mar 2014 to 29th Mar 2014
Issue of Admit Cards (Online): 28th Apr 2014 to 08th May 2014
Date of Examination: 08th May 2014 (Thursday, 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.)
Centre of Exam: As indicated in Admit Card
Examination & Bell Schedule
a) Entry in Examination Hall: 09.15 a.m. - Long Bell
b) Distribution of answer sheets: 09.40 a.m.
c) Distribution of question booklets: 09.50 a.m.
d) Examination Commences: 10.00 a.m. - Long Bell
e) Latest Entry permitted in Examination Hall: 10.00 a.m.
f) Examination concludes: 01.00 p.m. - Long Bell

Last date of submission of certificates for Additional Weight age Claim at the Office of Competent Authority, Mumbai (For Health Science Courses Only): 16th May 2014

Online display of Question Paper Booklets of each version on website: 20th May 2014

Online Display of Provisional Keys of each version on website: 22nd May 2014

OMR Answer Sheets will be available on website: 26th May 2014

Last date of submission of objections on Question Paper/Answer Key/Typographic errors: 27th May 2014 to 30th May 2014

Declaration of Provisional Result/Marks: On or before 14th June 2014

Declaration of Merit List on or before: 25th June 2014
