The Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala was established on 2 October 1983.
The University conducts a range of programs at the undergraduate, postgraduate, M Phil and doctoral levels through its 16 university departments, 7 Self-Financing Departments, 82 Aided Affiliated Colleges (of which 8 are colleges with potential for excellence.)

Eligiblity for Tourism Studies PG Course as follows:

a) candidate having Bachelor Degree (10+2+3) with 50 % Marks in of this university or any university recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala.

b) Total Marks: 100

Qualifying Marks- 50
Entrance Test Marks – 30
Group Discussion – 10
Interview - 10

c) Seats Available: 22 (2 seats reserved for abroad students)

The selection of candidate is purely basis of merit.
