Re: Is MGIMS Included in NEET
Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS) was founded in 1969, it is India’s first rural medical college and it is managed by the Kasturba Health Society. National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is a qualifying entrance examination for students who wish to study any graduate medical course (MBBS), dental course (BDS) or postgraduate course (MD / MS) in government or private medical colleges in India. As you want to take admission in Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences for MBBS so friend you will have to give PMT Entrance Examination conducted by MGIMS…… You do not need to give National Eligibility cum Entrance Test bcoz MGIMS is not Included in NEET Eligibility; Applicants must have to attain 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission. Applicants must clear 12th standard examination under 10+2 system of Maharashtra State Higher Secondary Education Board or equivalent examination of any recognized Board or any Indian University with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually in each subject in first attempt.
