I want to know the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program vs Fellowship Program in Management FPM?

Although MBA and FPM are management programs, both are entirely different.

MBA is Postgraduate in Management, which undergraduates can pursue. However, FPM is Fellowship Program in Management that can be pursued by postgraduates alone.

Master of Business Administration MBA

Needs no work experience to apply for this. It is a 2 year course.

You will become a general manager after this and can apply to companies across sectors like HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations etc.

Fellowship Program in Management FPM:

You need to have some prior experience or some strong inclination proof to join this course.

The course takes 46 years to complete - depends on how you complete your FPM thesis.

It is similar to a PHD.

You become a research scholar during the course and get paid for you work with professors on campus.

You mostly become a professor or a researcher with a private/public firm after this course.
