The full-time MBA programme which is accessible during the evening provides students with a comprehensive grounding in all the major functional areas of business administration and develops their analytical and interpersonal skills in the exercise of strategic leadership and in solution of business problems. Classes are generally scheduled in the evenings from 5pm – 8pm daily, including weekends and holidays. Entry Requirements To be considered for admission, an aspirant should normally: • Be 25 years of age. • Hold aa relevant Bachelor’s degree with a pass level of 2.2 or better of this university or any other accepted university, or its corresponding. • Have had at least 3 years’ practical work experience gained at managerial level. The programme consists of nine modules and a dissertation as follows: Managerial Economics: focuses on the management application of micro-economic principles such as supply, demand, market structure, market prices, production and cost of functions, market failure, externalities, and competitive market equilibrium. Marketing Management: provides students with a sound understanding of the main concepts and theories of Marketing Management and helps them develop the ability to apply theory to practice through case studies. Legal Environment of Business: provides a conceptual framework for understanding the broader context in which business decisions are made.
