National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Mohali is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences.

Eligibility:

Students must have B.Pharm, B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent M.Sc in Chemical/Life Sciences.

Students have scored a minimum CGPA of 6.75 (or 60% marks) for General, 6.25 (or 55% marks) for SC/ST, 5.75 (or 50% marks) for physically handicapped (PH) candidates on a 10 point scale in the qualifying examination and also have valid GPAT/GATE/NET qualification.

Selection of Students will be based on their performance in the NIPER Joint Entrance Examination (NIPER JEE), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) conducted by the institute.
