(2). Now on this page at the top you will find some tabs and from those tabs choose the tab of “Testing Services” and from this tab choose the tab of “MAT”

(3). Now you will move to the next page and on that page choose the tab of “Online Registration by candidates for Sep 2014 MAT”

(4). Now you will move to the next page and on that page choose the tab of “Option 1: Click here to apply Online [by uploading image of your Photograph & Signature in Online Application Form]”

(5). Now you will be directed to the next page which looks like this image:
