I want to take admission in the Manipal University so please can you give me the date or admission form and provide me the procedure of admission form and tell me the last date of admission form?

You want to take admission in the Manipal University.
There is an admission tab button in official web site of Manipal University.
When you click on that button a web form will appear that looks like same as this image.
In this you have to enter Name, Program, Mobile, Stream
Email Course Date of birth etc.
