Details MAHCET MBA
About MAHCET
MAHCET or the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is a state level MBA entrance exam for Maharashtra which is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra State for admissions in the management programmes of MAHCET participating institutes.

MAHCET Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates in any discipline from a recognized institute or reorganization by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved category) are eligible to apply for MAHCET exam.

MAHCET Selection Criteria:
The selection procedure takes place through counseling process where DTE conducts a common Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds for the short listed candidates.

MAHCET Exam Pattern:
The MAHCET exam is based on a paper pencil format.
The duration of the exam is 150 minutes or 2.5 hours.
Candidates have to answer a total of 200 questions in different sections like- Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation/Data Sufficiency and Reasoning.
