Yes definitely you are eligible for the M.Phil Clinical Psychology having 68% marks in M.A .

Eligibility Criterion for M.Phil in Clinical Psychology
Applicants secure a minimum of 55 % of aggregate marks in qualifying degree. Applicants who have specialization in Clinical Psychology in their graduation are preferred.
Applicants belonging to reserved category are required to secure 50 % marks in aggregate as per the norms of Government of IndiaApplicants who have completed two years full time programmes such as M A or M. Sc in Psychology/ Counselling Psychology/ Psychological Counselling/ Applied Psychology/Clinical Psychology from any University recognized are eligible to apply for this course.
Apart from this, most of the institutes consider a minimum of 2 years practical experience in counselling services as eligibility.

Biological Foundations of Behaviour

Second Year
Psychotherapy and Counselling
Psychological Therapies including Viva Voce
