M.Phil in Banasthali University

Banasthali Vidyapith emphasis on Indian culture and thought characterized by simple living and khadi wearing are hallmarks of life at Banasthali.

M. Phil (Social Sciences)
Eligibility:

Master Degree in one of the Social Science disciplines from Banasthali or a recognized examination equivalent thereto with aggregate of equal to or more than 55% or B.A. with at least 48% aggregate followed by MA with at least 48% aggregate.
For SC/ST the aggregate required is 40% in both the above courses.

Fee Structure: 40,000/- p.a.

Admission
Admission to the Banasthali Vidyapith is open to women only irrespective of their race, religion, caste, colour or domicile.

A student admitted to the Banasthali Vidyapith has to compulsorily join a hostel of the Vidyapith unless the student is a ward of some worker of the Vidyapith and stays with the worker in the campus, or the student belongs to a neighboring village community within a radius of 25 kms.

Every student seeking admission to the Banasthali Vidyapith has to submit an application on the prescribed form and pay the requisite application fee by the prescribed date.
