Banasthali Vidyapith (Banasthali University) is the largest fully residential women's university in the world, located in the Tonk district of the Indian state of Rajasthan. It is a deemed university offering programs at the secondary, senior secondary, undergraduate, and postgraduate degree levels.


LLB (B.Com.)

Duration:
5 Years Course (Dual Degree) with semester scheme.
No lateral exit is permissible by way of awarding the degree, splitting the integrated double degree course at any intermediate stage of programme.

Minimum Eligibility:
45% aggregate Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of Banasthali or an examination recognized by Banasthali Vidyapith as equivalent thereto in any stream.
The admission would be based on the merit of the qualifying examination.

Age:
Less than 20 years (less than 22 years in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH Category).


Foreign/NRI/NRI Sponsored Admissions

A limited number of seats are available for Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored candidates. Admission against these seats is based directly upon the merit and the applicants do not have to appear in the Aptitude Test.
The eligibility for Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored candidates is 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

The following documents are required for admission against Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored seats:
(i) Original Certificates/ Mark sheets of the qualifying examination.
(ii) Attested photocopies of the Passport and Visa of the NRI Sponsor of the applicant.
(iii) Foreign Bank Account Number or NRI Account Number of the NRI applicant or NRI Sponsor of the applicant.
(iv) Declaration regarding, Non-Resident Indian status of the NRI applicant or NRI Sponsor of the applicant.


Re-Admission

If a student is separated from Banasthali or Shri Shantabai Shiksha Kutir and in the event Banasthali Vidyapith decides to readmit her, admission fee of Rs. 5,000/- shall be payable.
The admission of a student shall be automatically cancelled due to unauthorized absence of three days or more.
