After completion of MSc Analytical Chemistry applicants can choose any of the following courses as their higher study option- M.Phil. (Applied Chemistry) M.Phil. (Chemistry) M.Phil. (Organic Pharmaceutical Chemistry) M.Phil. (Physical & Materials Chemistry) M.Phil. (Industrial Chemistry) M.Phil. (Analytical Chemistry) M.Phil. (Drug Chemistry) For your idea , here I am providing the Procedure to do M. Phil in Jammu University . Eligibility Applicants who have a Master’s degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University, are eligible to apply for the Master of Philosophy programme. Applicants with a Master’s degree in allied subjects in the second division are also eligible to apply. Preference will be given to Applicants who have cleared the UGC NET examination. Admission procedure Applicants can procure the application forms from the office of the Deputy Registrar University of Jammu, Jammu. The intake will depend on the number of applicants, areas of research etc. It will be determined by the Departmental Research Committee. Filled in application forms should be submitted to the office of the Head of the Department of the concerned Department. Candidates are required to enclose relevant documents. Applicants have to clear the entrance examination conducted by the concerned department for admission to the M. Phil course. The merit list will be based on the marks scored in the entrance examination and the qualifying examination. Applicants are required to appear for the interview on the specified date. The course fee has to be paid within 45 days of admission. |
