Lovely professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test (LPU NEST) is engineering cum scholarship entrance exam conducted by the Lovely professional University (LPU) for admission to its engineering programmes in the university.

The last date to apply for LPU NEST exam 2016 will be
25th March, 2016

Eligibility Criteria

Passed/appearing in class 12th from a recognized board of school education.

The candidate must be a citizen of India

For Engineering (B.Tech) Admission 2016

Candidates must have secured 70% aggregate in 12th or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics and English.

Or

The candidates should have scored 60% aggregate marks with Physics, Mathematics and English and valid score in LPU NEST 2016 or JEE Main 2016.

For admission to B.Tech Biotechnology (BT), and B.Tech – BT (Food Process Engineering) -

The candidates must have studied Physics, English and Mathematics and/Biology/Biotech in class 12th or qualifying examination.

Exam Pattern

The LPU NEST 2016 will be a computer based test

Candidates will be awarded four marks for correct answer and no marks will be deducted for incorrect response.
