GNU Linux Users' Group (GLUG) was established in 2004 and christened as LUG (Linux Users' Group), by some of the most brilliant technocrats of National Institute of Technology, Durgapur NITD It also encourages the use of FOSS and contributions to it. It is also a support center of GNU/Linux both inside and outside the delimition of NITD. Activities- Linux repository for Fedora and Ubuntu Talks during Mukti on Android, Game development, QT etc Year round Linux training for newbies and experts on topics ranging from learning Linux to hacking FOSS Support for queries via mailing list and IRC.
