Follow the process-

Go to the official website of Punjab National Bank

Then click on tab Internet Banking Login

Then a new page will open

Click on tab Retail Internet Banking

Again a new page will open

Click on Forgot User Id



On this page, enter your Account Number

Then click on verify

Then set your new user id.
