Hello, here I am providing you the details of the duties of the LIC ADO post as under:

Duties:
Recruiting and training agents to sell life insurance products
Providing support and service to policy-holders
Travelling within allotted area
You have to take the responsibility of all the works related to that dept.
After two years you can get the chance for job rotation and move to marketing side as Assistant. Branch Manager (sales).
He/ she have to make recruitment for agents for selling LIC policies to Indian customers.
He/ she have to give training to these selected agents.
Every ADO will be give specific location, so officer have to travel and work in this specific area.

Salary details:
At present it is Rs.12, 421/- per month.
After completion of apprentice period they will be appointed as Probationary Development Officers in the scale of 7440-450(2)-8340-520(2)-9380-540(17)-18560.
