Re: Job Duties of Accountant Here I am providing you the list of the list of the duties accountant: The responsibility of the accountant is to Prepare and examine the accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. The accountant has to prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts. Maintain the records of government agencies. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits. Accountants have to resolve accounting discrepancies. The accountant has to be idea of preparing the review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents. Work as Internal Revenue Service agents. Prepare accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities. |

Hello, Accountant do numerous duties at a time, he has very big responsibilities on his shoulders, here I am info that what duties a accountant do….. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities. Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems. Work as Internal Revenue Service agents. Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses and individuals. Maintain and examine the records of government agencies. Serve as bankruptcy trustees and business valuators.
