Leadership Conclave is the flagship event of IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Kashipur which aims at Industry-Academia Collaboration. It sees CXOs and MDs of reputed organizations share their thoughts and experience with the students via keynote speeches and panel discussions.

Leadership Conclave 2015 is to be held on 27th November 2015.

Leadership Conclave 2014: Industry Academia Collaboration – IIM Kashipur

Leadership Conclave 2014 was held on 16th and 17th October and it saw reputed leaders like Mr. Ashok Barat (MD & CEO, Forbes Limited), Mr. Jerome Varman, (Group Director Supply Chain, IFFCO), Mr Himanshu Chakrawarti (CEO, Mobile Store Ltd), Mr. Praveen Kamanth (Global Head of Talent Transformation, KPO division, Wipro Corporation), Mr Bijay Sahoo (Principal Consultant, Ernst & Young), Mr Shantanu Das (Vice President (HR), Emami Ltd) among others.

The guests spoke on different aspects of the core theme ‘Industry-Academia Collaboration’ through various keynote speeches and panel discussions.

The event concluded with both the industry and academia getting a glance into each other’s areas of operation and came closer to understanding each other’s problem and issues and working on overpass the gaps to ensure a smooth transition.
