Hi I am interested in knowing about the Bioinformatics Centre (DIC) at Kerala Agricultural University which is organizing DBT sponsored/paid training programmes on Bioinformatics/Biotechnology to Students/Research fellows pursuing/ completed Post Graduation in the field of Biosciences?

The network project on Bioinformatics has been extended to Kerala Agricultural University as the twenty-third Centre of the BTIS (Biotechnology Information System) Programme. The Centre augments access to the global information in life sciences especially Plant Science and Plant Biotechnology involving students and scientists of the University and other S&T institutions. Though the sponsored training is not charged, boarding and lodging expenses have to be met by the candidate. KAU hostels shall be reserved up on request. Aprroximate charges for boarding and lodging will be Rs.250 per day.
Interested Students /Research Fellows may send the biodata, duly filled registration form.

Intimation of selection will be done within 4 days of the last date of application.
