Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2017 Result will be announced in the last week of May in online mode. KCET 2017 result gives the scores and ranks of the qualified candidates, which they obtain in the entrance test. Candidates can check their results for KCET 2017 by entering their registration number, by clicking on the link provided for KEA CET result 2017. KEA will also publish rank list of KCET 2017 for qualified candidates based on KCET result 2017. Karnataka CET 2017 (KCET) 2017 Important Dates Notification for KCET 2017 December 13, 2016 KCET 2017 Online Application begins January 27, 2017 Last date of registration March 8, 2017 Last date of application fee remittance March 10, 2017 KCET 2017 application correction starts Mar-14 Karnataka CET 2017 application correction ends March 31 (till 5 pm) Admit Card April 17, 2017 KCET 2017 May 2 and May 3, 2017 Kannada Language Test in Bangalore (only for Horanadu, Gadinadu and Kannadiga candidates) May 4, 2017 KCET 2017 Result Announcement Last week of May 2017 Karnataka CET (KCET) Counselling 2017 KEA organises KCET 2017 counselling in online as well as offline mode. One, who qualify KCET 2017 first need to fill their registration details for participating in KEA CET 2017 counselling. KEA will be releasing seat matrix and list of participating institutes of KCET 2017. One needs to mark the preference with online option entry during web counselling of KCET 2017. KEA releases provisional seat allotment list for tentative seat allotment and one need to visit designated counselling centres to confirm their allotted seat. Karnataka CET (KCET) Exam Pattern 2017 • KCET exam pattern includes number of questions, type of questions, marking scheme, language and other information for appearing candidates. • KCET will be conducted separately for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics on two alternate days • Each section carries 60 marks • KCET question paper comprises objective type questions of one mark each • Each subject paper of KCET is allotted 80 minutes time duration and the test is scheduled to be conducted in two shifts. • One appearing in KCET need to carry black or blue ball point pen to mark options in OMR sheet. • There is no negative marking i.e. in case of wrong attempts; no marks will be deducted from total scored marks.
