No, The KCET Examination is Conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority Not by National Board of Examinations . The Details of the KCET Examination is given below

KCET 2018 was a state level entrance exam for admission to B.Tech programmes in at least 220 government colleges, private unaided and aided universities of Karnataka.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination (QE) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study are eligible to apply for KCET exam.
