Yes, you can apply for Kashmir administrative services exam after BCA Eligibility: Graduation degree from recognized University Age should be between 21-30 years. Should be Indian citizen KAS exam consist two Exams: I Preliminary exam: It contains two Papers Paper 1-general studies 120 question of 1.25 marks each= 150 marks Paper 2-optional paper 120 question of 2.50 marks each= 300 marks II Mains Exam This exam consist 8 papers. Paper 1-general studies-300 marks Paper 2-general studies-300 marks Paper 3-1st optional (a) -300 marks Paper 4-1st optional (B)-300 MARKS Paper 5-2nd optional (A)-300 MARKS Paper 6-2nd optional (b)-300 marks Paper 7-general English-300 marks Paper 8-English essay -150 marks III Interview Interview consist 250 marks. Total marks= 2200 marks. Notification of KAS Exam |

Kashmir Administrative Services Exam (KAS) is a state level civil services examination conducted by Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) for direct recruitment to various state public services As you want here I am giving bellow eligibility criteria for KAS Kashmir Administrative Services Exam Eligibility criteria The applicant must be the permanent resident of J&K State. He must have attained the age of 21 years but has not crossed the age of 35 years on 1st January of the year in which notification inviting applications is issued by the commission. It is also provided that the upper age limit shall be 37 years in the case of candidates belonging to ST, SC, and OSC (other social castes). The upper age limit for the Physically Challenged candidates shall be 37 years irrespective of the category to which they belong. Kashmir Administrative Services Exam Pattern The Examination consists of three successive stages: a. Combined Services Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) b. Combined Services Mains Examination (Written) c. Interview The examination will consist of two papers. Paper I ‐ General Studies (150 marks) Paper II One subject to be selected from the list of specified optional subjects (300 marks). Both the question papers will be of objective nature (multiple choice questions). The language of the question papers will be English. The questions asked in the examination will be of the degree level. Each question paper will be of two hours duration. The written examination (Mains) shall consist of the following papers: Paper I General English (300 marks) Paper II Essay (150 marks) Paper III & IV General Studies (300 marks each) Papers V, VI, VII & VIII Any Two Optional Subjects selected from the list of the specified subjects. |
