Here I am giving you information about required eligibility for Karnataka administrative service examination organized by Karnataka public service commission Important dates: Last Date for Online Registration: last week of May 2014 KAS Main Exam Expected Date: June 2014 Eligibility: You have to passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Those appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible for the KAS examination. Age Limit The minimum Age of the candidate must be 21 years and not more than 35 years. SC/ST - 5 years relaxation OBC - 3 years relaxation Selection Procedure: Preliminary Exam Mains Exam Interview Attempts at the Examination: Unlimited number of attempts in case of candidate belongs to SC/ST ( Age limit considered). 7 attempts in case of candidate belongs Other backward caste. 5 attempts to General merit candidates. Exam pattern : Exam pattern: Karnataka Administrative Service (KAS) examination has three stages: Stage I. Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) Stage II.
