Yes you can apply for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) as non resident of Karnataka

But candidates must have fulfilled the Domicile Criteria as specified by the KEA authorities

Karnataka CET 2014 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed class 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Candidates must have studied Chemistry / Bio-technology / Computer-Science / Electronics / Biology as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study.

Candidates must have attained minimum marks of 45%

Karnataka CET 2014 Application Fees:
Fees for general category is Rs. 650 (Rs 500 for SC, ST and OBC).

Application Fee can be paid via:
Bank challan or DD in favour of "Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority", payable at Bangalore.

Karnataka CET 2014 Exam Pattern:
KCET Exam Pattern 2014 will be based on four subjects namely Biology, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry pertaining 60 marks each.

All these subjects will comprise of the 60 questions each.
