JTOs stands for junior telecom Officers. BSNL or Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited recruits basically telecom Officers in three main grouping, Telecom, Civil and Electrical. This employment of Junior Telecom officer is usually complete through an examination, which is usually held in the last week of June.
