JSSU UGET Application Form

Hello sir I am Harsh and want to fill application form of JSSU UGET so can you tell me what is the fee demanded for filling the application form????

JSSU UGET is an Undergraduate Entrance test which is undertaken by the JSS University for the candidates looking for the admission in MBBS and other UG medical programs.

You ask for the application form fee but didn’t mention for which graduation course, so here I am telling you for both UG and PG course(of this year(2015))
For the UG programs: Rs 2000/-
For the PG programs: Rs 3000/-
Fee for availing the JSSU UGET application form through post is Rs 2100 and Rs 3100 respectively.

The document you needed to send with JSSU UGET application form are:
-COMEDK UGET Score
-COMEDK UGET Rank card
-COMEDK UGET Test Admission Ticket (TAT)
-S.S.L.C./Equivalent examination marks card.
-10+ 2 mark sheet / II P.U.C./Equivalent examination marks card.
-Marks cards of B.Sc.,/Equivalent examination of all the three years (in case of graduates)
-Conduct/Character and Transfer certificate issued by the college last studied.
-Date of birth certificate if not mentioned in the SSLC/Equivalent examination marks card.
-Caste / community certificate.
-Transfer certificate for Karnataka board candidates.
-Migration Certificate issued by the Board /University in case of candidates other than Karnataka State education board.
-Six recent, identical passport-size colour photographs with name and date.( In addition one copy of the photo should be pasted on the application form in the space provided)
-Self addressed 3 nos. envelops.
-Foreign Nationals seeking admission should obtain eligibility certificate issued by JSS University, Mysore.
-Processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- only by way of DD favoring “JSS UNIVERSITY FEE ACCOUNT”, MYSURU, payable at Mysore.
-Write name, address and “Application for admission to MBBS courses” on the back side of the Demand Draft.
