For your idea , here I am giving SAIL Jr. Assistant (Trainee) Exam Pattern

Stage I - Written Test MCQ on General Awareness, English, Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning

Stage I - Written Test to test proficiency in Hindi and English Languages including MCQ as well as Subjective Questions on Hindi, English, Translation from English to Hindi and viceversa, Precis writing etc.

Stage II
(i) Computer Skill Test on MS Office Package
(ii) Computer Typing Test (in English) at speed of 40 w.p.m and
(iii) Interview
