Experience

Minimum of 7 years experience

Skills required

Manages complex internal and external projects, handling tasks and deadlines, plans and prioritizes service requests and assignments.

Designs and documents database structures for the data warehouse.

Provides support to internal and external customers using JMH customer service standards, basic technical skills and timeliness.

Evaluates complex interrelationships between programs such as whether a
contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.

Evaluates products, tools, and services as needed.
