the job detail which has been published for the post of Avp/vp – Payroll by Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited which has MBA degree requirement is as follows: Desired Candidate Profile Education- UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required Company Profile: Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited Expected set of responsibilities Accountabilities : Finance Processing - Processing finance for 5000 partners - Incorporating the quarterly/yearly, pay propels, conclusions, LWP, and so on. - Check first cut information against the data record. - Input into the money framework on a month to month premise - Handling Statutory Compliance ( i.e. PF, ESIC, PT and TDS) and finance Process Audit - Prepare Monthly MIS - Monthly Checkpoint for regularly scheduled finance (current v/s past) Planning and Forecasting : - To get ready yearly finance spending plan and estimate for future payouts for successful administration of assets. - To keep a tab on planned and real payouts (month to month/quarterly/every year) - To recognize deviations if any and prescribe approaches to enhance the same. Time and Attendance : - Checking every day participation information - Communicating the fluctuation to Dept.
