What is the Judicial Magistrate First Class eligibility criteria, like age limit, qualification required???

Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) conducts Judicial Magistrate First Class exam, here are details:

For Advocate or Attorney:

Age Limit:
The candidate’s age limit should be in between 21 to 35 years.

Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rule.

Educational Qualification:
The candidates must have LLB with 3 years experience as Attorney or Advocate.

For Fresher:

Age limit:
The age limit of applicants 21 to 25 years

Educational Qualification:
The candidates must have LLB/LLM with minimum 55% marks and degree exam passed in first attempt.

Pay Scale:
Rs.27700-44770/- per month

Selection process:
The selection process will be basis of written test and interview.
