Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) is conducted by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) for providing admissions to undergraduate Engineering degree courses in the colleges under the state.

JCECE Eligibility Criteria:

10+2 from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
The minimum aggregate score in case of reserved category is 40%.

There is no age limit for application.

JCECE Selection Procedure:

The selection and allocation of the seats will depend on the score and rank obtained in Jharkhand CET.

JCECE Paper Pattern:

The entrance test will comprise of objective type questions.

There will be 50 questions in each subject- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.
Duration of exam will be 3 hours

JCECE Application Form: Online only

Application Fees:

Rs.550 for the general category and Rs.275 for the SC/ST category for PCM

Tentative Important Dates:

Applications available: March 22, 2015

Application submission: April 2015
JCECE 2014 Exam: May 2015
Admit Card Download from May 2015
Result date: Last week of May, 2015
