Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination organize the entrance exam of JKCET for admission into B.Tech and B.E programmes. Candidates have to qualify this entrance test to get admission into engineering programmes in various private or government institutions situated in Jammu & Kashmir.


JKCET 2020 Important Dates

Release of Notification 1st week of February 2020
Starting of Online registration process 1st week of February 2020
Last date to fill the application 4th week of February 2020
Release of Admit card 2nd week of April 2020
JKCET2020 Exam 26th April 2020
Result declaration 2nd week of May 2020
Starting of Counselling process 1st week of June 2020


JKCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

One should be a permanent resident of Jammu & Kashmir as defined in section 6 of the Constitution of the Jammu & Kashmir State.

One should have passed Class 12 exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or any equivalent examination from a recognized Institute with at least 50% marks (40% for reserved category).

One should have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2020.

One who is going to appear in Class 12 examination in 2020 can also apply for the JKCET.

Correct Answer: +1 will be awarded for each correct answer
