As you want to fill online application form for Assistant Surgeon (Assistant Commandant/ Veterinary) published by Tibetian Border Police Force (ITBP), so for it here is process

Go on Tibetian Border Police Force (ITBP) official site

Click on online apply option which given in the mid side

By click there you will move on new page where you need to click on Assistant Surgeon (Assistant Commandant/ Veterinary)

By click there you will move on new page

Over there your need to click on fresh application

By click over there yu will get online application page which look like given below image

Starting Date to Apply Online: 01-02-2016 at 00:01 AM.
Last Date to Apply Online: 22-02-2016 upto 11:59 PM.
Last Date for Receipt of Application through Offline: 22-02-2016.
Last Date to Receipt of Application through Offline for Remote Areas: 29-02-2016.
