IPUCET BHMCT is a common entrance exam conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for admissions to various under graduate hotel management programmes in the university.

There are 120 seats available in the university along with more seats in other colleges.

Eligibility Criteria –

Candidates must have passed Class 12th of CBSE or any other equivalent board.

It is mandatory for them to secure a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 45% for the SC/ ST candidates.

Candidate’s age should be more than 17 years

Exam Pattern –

The exam has a set of multiple choice questions related to English Language and Comprehension, General Knowledge, Legal Aptitude and Reasoning.

The paper will comprise of 150 objective-type questions (MCQs)

Candidates shall be awarded with four marks for right answer.

One mark will be duly deducted for wrong ans.

Section 1: English Language & Comprehension (45 Questions) (180 Marks)

Section 2: General Awareness (30 Questions) (120 Marks)

Section 3: Logical and analytical ability including Computer awareness (45 Questions) (180 Marks)

Section 4: Knowledge of accounts/commerce & Science (30 Questions) (120 Marks)
