IRICEN does not provide degrees & it is not for students who want to get job in railways etc. it is mainly for the training of in service officials of Indian Railways. Some courses are run for others also but none for students.

IRICEN is one of the centralized training institutes of Indian railways. It is an ISO certified Institute and is engaged in teaching railway related civil engineering. IRICEN website Provides on line library, calendar courses, members’ area, discussion forum, orders from railway board etc are some of the most important areas of the website.
