I want to get admission in B.Tech course in Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology so tell me the eligibility, age and the admission criteria? Tell me the entrance exam for admission in B.Tech course in this Institute? Also tell me the selection process for admission?

Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), Thiruvananthpuram was established in 2007. It was declared as deemed to be university under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956, was set up under Department of Space, Goverment of India .

As you want here I am telling eligibility criteria to get admission in Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology b.tech program :

Applicants must have secured minimum 75% aggregate marks in their Class 12 Board exams or equivalent examination. SC/ST/PwD category students can apply if they have secured at least 65% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.

Reservation of Seats

Scheduled Tribes (ST) 7.5%
Other Backward Castes (OBC) belonging to Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) 27%
Persons with Disabilities (PD) 3% (Horizontal Reservation)
