Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) conducted by Anna University for First year B.E/B.Tech admission in the state.

Key dates
Application form starts from: 15th April, 2016
Last date for registration/Filling of application form: 31th May, 2016
Last date for receipt of filled-in-online application: 4th June, 2016
Rank/Merit list publication date: 22nd June, 2016
Counselling starts for Differently abled persons : 25th June onwards
General Academic Counselling starts from: 27th June onwards

Eligibility
Studnets must have passed 12th or its equivalent examination from the well-recognized board with the minimum aggregate of 50% marks (for unreserved category), 45% (for backward class including Muslim), 40% (MBC & DNC) and 35% (for SC/ST/SCA) candidates in PCM subjects.
