SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam (SRMJEEE) 2017 will be conducted online from April 1 to 30. SRMJEEE Application Form 2017 can be filled online from November 18 onwards. The application form of SRMJEEE 2017 can be filled online tentatively till the last week of March 2017. SRMJEEE Important Dates 2017 Application Form Starts November 18, 2016 Application Form for International and NRI candidates October 13, 2016 Last date for receipt of application form Last week of March 2017 Slot Booking Last week of March to first week of April 2017 Download of Hall Ticket Last week of March to first week of April 2017 SRMJEEE 2017 Online (CBT) Test Dates April 1 to 30, 2017 SRMJEEE 2017 for lapsed/cancelled seats May 1 to 30, 2017 SRMJEEE 2017 Result May 2, 2017 SRMJEEE 2017 Counselling (On Campus) May 5 to 9, 2017 SRMJEEE 2017 Counselling (Online) May 11, 2017 onwards (only for those programmes where vacancy exist) Eligibility Criteria One must be an Indian Citizen. One should have passed the 10+2 or its equal exam from the recognized schools having Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in their 12th. One must have obtained a minimum 65% in core subjects of 12th or equivalent exam (for Kattankulathur Campus) and 60% marks in cores subject of 12th or equivalent exam (for other campuses). SRMJEE Exam Pattern • Mode of Exam: SRMJEEE is the computer based test (CBT) containing objective type questions. • Subjects: The examination will consist of four parts namely Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. • Marking Scheme: Part 1 i.e. Physics will contains total 35 questions and having the marks weightage of 105 marks. o Part 2 and Part 3 will also contain the same number of questions and marks weightage as Part 1. o The biology section has 50 questions consisting of 105 marks. • Negative Marking: There is the negative marking for every wrong answer. o Deduction of 1 mark will be there for Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and 0.7 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer in Biology. |
