IITM Accounts Section

I am pursuing B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) and I pay my fees of 2nd semester but its transaction fails and money is deducted from my account . That’s why I have to contact accounts section . Please provide me a link from where I can contact accounts section of IITM online .
