IIT Roorkee M.Tech admission Criteria
Applicants who are belonging to the Other Backward Class (OBC) and General category must have scored at least 60% marks or CGPA of 6.00 on a 10 point scale at the undergraduate engineering level programme.

Applicants belonging to Schedule Caste (SC) and Schedule tribe (ST) category need to score at least 55% or CGPA of 5.50 on a 10 point scale.
